TCU Student Government Association

The TCU Student Government Association represents the collective voice of the student body while encompassing the spirit of the TCU community through service, programming, and legislation. SGA achieves this mission by collecting student feedback on ideas and initiatives; supporting student programming on campus; advocating to key constituents on behalf of student ideas and initiatives; and allocating funds to support student projects and organizations.

SGA Services

The TCU Student Government Association provides a variety of services to the undergraduate student body, as well as student organizations. Learn more about what Student Government can do for you!

For the fall 2020 semester, SGA is suspending the shuttle program.  SGA will continue to monitor campus and local policies, guidelines, and best practices and will resume this service when it is safe to do so.  For transportation options to DFW or Love Field, please click the appropriate link below:

SGA allocates $125,000 annually to registered undergraduate student organizations. Learn more about how your organization can receive funds for operational or event costs.


SGA provides a variety of Scantron forms for students free of charge in the Library. We also provide Scantrons for faculty members to use in the classroom. Due to COVID-19, the SGA Scantron program is currently suspended and not taking orders. Changes in status to the program will be communicated through this website.

Student Organization Awards

Each year, Student Government bestows two awards on student organizations that exhibit excellence in programming and organizational effectiveness. To be eligible for an award, an organization/program must be in good standing with the TCU Office of Student Organizations at the time of nomination and submit a complete nomination form. Forms are due by 5:00 pm on April 2nd. For more information, please contact Vivian Noyd at Award winners will be announced at the Celebration of University Leadership on April 13th.
